About the role
The Business Transformation Analyst, Supply Chain will be based in Hyderabad, India and will support Project Phoenix across the Source to Pay (S2P), Make to Deliver (M2D), and Forecast to Plan (F2P) workstreams.
What you'll do
- Support Project Phoenix execution across S2P, M2D, and F2P by coordinating requirements, action items, dependencies, and follow-ups across business, IT
- Prepare and organize CRP1 and CRP2 scope, business scenarios, test data inputs, and session materials to support structured walkthroughs and design validation
- Coordinate with Hyderabad-based and global stakeholders to ensure timely completion of workstream deliverables, issue resolution, and decision closure across time zones
- Maintain Jira traceability across tracks and phases by linking stories, tasks, RAID items, and test-related activities to the correct workstream and milestone
- Support SIT preparation and execution by helping define test scenarios, coordinating defect logging, tracking issue remediation
