About the role
SME – Supply Chain (Process Governance and Management ) We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support process documentation and standardization initiatives within the supply chain sourcing domain . This role will work closely with process excellence leads and business stakeholders to capture, structure, and document end-to-end supply chain processes into clear, scalable SOPs and process flows .
What you'll do
- Develop, review, and maintain high-quality SOPs for supply chain processes, ensuring clarity, completeness, and audit readiness
- Translate business inputs into structured, step-by-step documentation with clearly defined roles, inputs, outputs, and exception handling
- Create process flow diagrams (Visio/BPMN) for current and future-state workflows to enable end-to-end process visibility ( Convert ambiguous or verbal process…
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Finance) to gather inputs and validate process accuracy
