What you'll do
- Manage overall operations and administration of the training centre
- Ensure smooth execution of training programs, mobilization activities, assessments, and placement processes
- Lead and monitor centre team including trainers, mobilisers, placement coordinators, and support staff
- Achieve centre targets related to admissions, training, certifications, placements, and retention
- Build and maintain relationships with corporates, local employers, NGOs, educational institutions, and community stakeholders
