About the role
The role will lead donor outreach, develop proposals, secure funding and maintain long-term relationships with corporate CSR teams, foundations and other institutional donors.
What you'll do
- Identify prospective CSR, foundation and institutional partners; build a qualified pipeline and lead outreach through to agreement
- Prepare compelling concept notes, proposals, budgets, presentations and grant applications in collaboration with programme and finance teams
- Build relationships with existing donors, identify opportunities for renewal and develop multi-year partnerships
- Work with programme teams to shape fundable projects with clear objectives, budgets, outcomes and implementation plans
- Coordinate donor due diligence, agreements, reporting and review meetings, with support from the relevant internal teams
