What you'll do
- Ensure all aspects of the performance management processes are executed
- Responsible for performance management process execution
- Working with system platform owners to deliver processes, managing all aspects of configuration and testing, while continuously exploring enhancements (Successfactors
- Design and deliver clear, action-oriented communications that guide employees and managers through each step of the performance management process
- Develop support resources to engage employees and managers (in both English and Japanese)
