By connecting markets East & West, Nomura services the needs of individuals, institutions, corporates and governments through its three business divisions: Wealth Management, Investment Management, and Wholesale (Global Markets and Investment Banking). Nomura Services India, (Powai) supports Nomura’s businesses around the world.

What you'll do

• Work with local colleagues to understand nuances of HR reporting and data usage
• Managing the operational delivery of compensation year-end
• Collaborate and liaise with various parties mostly within HR to ensure projects are delivered smoothly
• Provide support, reporting and insight on various monthly and ad-hoc HR processes, identifying opportunities for consolidation across different requests
• Making Strategic Decisions : Evaluate all the options for resolving the problems and effectively prioritize actions or recommendations
