About the role
The Associate Specialist, Data Analytics is a key role responsible for managing an enterprise dataset used for regulatory reporting (Resolution Plan). This dataset (called the Service Catalog) will also be used for other transformation initiatives within Enterprise Architecture world through data management, regulatory reporting, process governance, business analysis, and technology enablement activities.
What you'll do
- Service Catalog Operations & Regulatory Support
- Support the annual and quarterly Service Catalog Mapping and Attestation exercises across Personnel, Systems, Vendors, Real Estate, Intellectual Property
- Perform data collection, validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities across multiple enterprise data sources
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to resolve mapping discrepancies, data quality issues, and reporting exceptions
- Maintain Service Catalog metadata and ensure alignment with Resolution Planning and regulatory reporting requirements
