About the role
The individual will lead business discovery, requirement gathering, data analysis, process flow analysis and product delivery activities while ensuring alignment with business objectives, data governance standards, and product roadmaps. Success in this role requires a combination of strong business analysis expertise, hands-on data analysis capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and deep understanding of financial products.
What you'll do
- Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders and data consumers to understand strategic objectives, operational challenges, and data requirements
- Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria
- Perform detailed analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, business opportunities, and data quality issues
- Analyze source-to-target data flows across multiple systems
- Develop data mappings, transformation logic, business rules, and metric definitions
