Ensuring we have robust and secure connections between local and remote devices is critical to our business model. Responsibilities include but not limited to the following: Support hardware and software applications that safely exchange data between remote sites, data centers, and cloud hosts. Regularly create, review, and revise internal technical documentation.

- Administer and update LTE and firewall central management systems
- Manage repositories for software and configuration files associated to our products
- Maintain standardized deployment and maintenance processes for our Operations and Customer Support personnel to execute
