About the role
As an Associate Global Project Lead, Congress Event Management, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of congress event operations and Congress Studio activities. You will ensure high-quality delivery before, during, and after each congress while driving operational excellence, budget management, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across global events
What you'll do
- Drive impactful event experiences that connect stakeholders, and foster meaningful engagement
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of global events, coordinating stakeholders, vendors, venues, and production partners to ensure seamless delivery
- Leading end-to-end planning and execution of global congress event management activities
- Managing congress logistics including accommodation, registration, meeting facilities, transportation, catering, and shipments
- Coordinating booth staff recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, communication, and onsite support
