About the role

As an Associate Multichannel Engagement Manager/ Multichannel Engagement Manager you will drive the design and execution of integrated customer experiences that bridge digital and physical touchpoints. Working at the intersection of brand strategy, data science and AI innovation, you will turn insights into action and help scale how Novo Nordisk engages with healthcare professionals and patients across markets.

What you'll do

• Shape how we connect with healthcare professionals and patients across every channel – and help redefine customer engagement at a company reaching millions worldwide
• Drive the design and execution of integrated customer experiences that bridge digital and physical touchpoints
• Developing integrated multichannel and omnichannel strategies across digital and physical channels
• Translating customer, HCP and market insights into audience, channel, content, sequencing, personalisation and journey strategies
• Partnering with brand teams to align engagement plans with brand strategy, lifecycle priorities and commercial objectives
