About the role
The primary objective of this role is to lead, manage and implement a consistent and sustainable practice aligned to and in support of the overall business strategy.
What you'll do
- Contributes to the creation of the regional practice strategy and develops the strategy for their practice to enable continuous integration and continuous delivery
- Leads and manages the transformation and growth for selling the particular practice across the assigned geography and portfolio and/or solution
- Owns and optimizes the solution portfolio investment for the owned business solutions for their clients, aligning with the business strategies and priorities
- Identifies and creates demand for solutions that drive sales and ensure the financial viability for deployment, preparing and reviewing cost estimates
- Leads and manages a team of individual contributors and ensures performance goals are constantly reviewed and achieved
