About the role
OKTA IGA (Identity Governance & Administration) Support Engineer / Administrator We are seeking an experienced OKTA Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Support Engineer to provide L4/L3 managed services support for the enterprise OKTA IGA platform.
What you'll do
- Identity Lifecycle Management -
- Manage and support Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes using OKTA Identity Governance
- Troubleshoot and resolve user provisioning and deprovisioning issues across integrated applications and systems
- Monitor and maintain identity synchronization, connectors, workflows, and business rules
- Ensure timely onboarding, role changes, and offboarding of users in accordance with organizational policies
