About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior SCCM/Intune Engineer to join NTT DATA's India-based Enterprise Endpoint Management (EPM) Delivery Centre. This entry-level role will support the deployment and management of Windows endpoints for global enterprise clients using Microsoft SCCM (Configuration Manager) and Microsoft Intune, under the guidance of senior engineers.
What you'll do
- Endpoint Deployment & Configuration
- Assist senior engineers with SCCM software deployments, patch deployments, and collection management tasks for global client environments
- Support Intune device enrollment activities including Windows Autopilot pre-staging and enrollment status troubleshooting
- Help maintain device configuration profiles, compliance policies, and app deployments in Microsoft Intune
- Perform basic SCCM client health checks and assist with client remediation on endpoints
