About the role
Seeking a high-impact Sales Specialist with a proven track record in BFSI application services sales to drive growth across the West Region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience acquiring and managing large BFSI accounts and closing multi-crore technology and digital transformation deals.
What you'll do
- Drive business growth across strategic BFSI accounts including HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Bajaj Finserv, Kotak Bank, SBI, and other leading financial institutions
- Own the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong CXO-level relationships with business and technology stakeholders
- Create and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue and wallet share
- Lead large pursuits involving Custom Applications, Digital Transformation, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Data & Analytics, and Managed Application Services
