About the role
The Senior Manager, Learning and Development is a senior management role, responsible for leading the design, execution, and enhancement of learning programs to foster professional growth and skill development within the organization.
What you'll do
- Provides guidance to senior leadership/management to develop a comprehensive learning and development plans that supports organizational objectives
- Manages the planning, design, and delivery of training programs across various formats, such as in-person, virtual, and e-learning
- Leads the creation of training curricula, materials, and resources that address employee development needs
- Manages a team of trainers, instructional designers, coordinators, or learning specialists, providing guidance and mentorship
- Develops metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and uses data to make informed decisions
