About the role
The Grade 6 – MDM Intune specialist – iOS/Android mobile devices – is overall, would be someone with 4–8 years of IT experience and solid hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune, mobile issues in iOS / Android device management , and customer-facing L2 support operations. Microsoft SCCM / MECM – Platform Lead Engineering
What you'll do
- Provide mobility MDM end user support in Adding or Deleting users from the EMM console, Performing remote device management actions like Device Wipe, Enterprise Wipe
- Working knowledge in troubleshooting all device platforms (iOS and Android, BlackBerry) with multiple applications
- Troubleshoot Mobility MDM tasks, trouleshoot the MDM issues and escalate to the L3 MDM team accordingly
- Provide support in MDM, MAM(mobile email management administration) like Whitelist/Blacklist devices & pushing configuration profiles to the device utilizing the EMM…
- Support mobile Application Management like remove and adding users to MAM policies, report on applications installed on devices
