About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Endpoint Deployment & Deskside Support Engineer with experience in PC provisioning, endpoint management, and end-user support. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of both legacy SCCM (MECM) OSD and modern Intune Autopilot deployments, along with strong technical documentation skills.
What you'll do
- Build, provision, and deploy Windows devices using SCCM/MECM OSD and Microsoft Intune Autopilot
- Provide Deskside and Field Support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and workplace technologies
- Troubleshoot deployment, enrollment, application issues
- Support setup, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Kiosk devices
- Manage Incidents and Service Requests through ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and documentation
