About the role
The Grade 7 – MDM Intune specialist – iOS/Android mobile devices – is overall, would be someone with 6–10 years of IT experience and solid hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune , mobile issues in iOS/Android device management, and customer-facing L2 support operations.
What you'll do
- Troubleshooting all mobile device platforms (iOS and Android) with multiple applications
- Provide mobility MDM end user support for iOS/Android mobile devices in Adding or Deleting users from the EMM console
