About the role
The Employee Relations Specialist will be a member of the Employee Relations (ER) Center of Excellence based in India. This role will be responsible for supporting the ER issues (such as including investigations, performance management, etc.) and processes for aligned business groups. The ER Specialist will partner closely with business managers, as well as the HR team. Responsibilities include:
What you'll do
- Provides guidance and counsel on employee relations issues, company policies and guidelines, performance management, hiring and training and development
- Responsible for a majority of actions and activities for a particular client group or location including coaching, counselling
- May assist with HR related inquiries and investigations
- Ensures client groups understanding and compliance of HR policies, regulations and practices
- Keeps HR-BPs and business management advised of potential problem areas and recommends/implements solutions as appropriate
