About the role
Consolidate updates from workstream leads, Scrum Masters, project managers, engineering teams, and third-party partners. Prepare weekly status packs, KPI dashboards, resource views, backlog summaries, and management reporting materials. Track resource allocation, capacity constraints, ownership gaps, and escalation items across the programme.
What you'll do
- Maintain programme governance artefacts including RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, workstream updates, and milestone plans
- Prepare weekly status packs, KPI dashboards, resource views, backlog summaries, and management reporting materials
- Track resource allocation, capacity constraints, ownership gaps, and escalation items across the programme
- Support governance meetings by preparing agendas, capturing minutes, documenting decisions, and following up on actions
- Identify reporting inconsistencies, data gaps, delivery risks, and control weaknesses, and recommend improvements
