About the role
We’re seeking a QA Automation Engineer, to lead quality assurance efforts and drive test automation initiatives across multiple projects and programs within the department. This role devises test strategies, conducts and/or coordinates tests, and identifies defects to maintain high standards of performance and reliability.
What you'll do
- Own the full Software Testing Lifecycles, including Functional, Regression, and Performance testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage and quality assurance
- Collaborate closely with development teams to embed quality practices within sprints and influence robust quality control throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks, tools, and best practices to enable agile, integrated QA processes as part of the overall development workflow
- Use version control systems such as Git to manage code and collaborate effectively across teams
- Develop and maintain UI automation scripts using Selenium for efficient and reliable testing
