About the role
The SAP Business Project Manager is responsible for leading the business workstreams of SAP transformation initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of business process improvements, organizational readiness, and adoption of SAP solutions. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the SAP program team, translating strategic business objectives into executable project plans while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
What you'll do
- Lead business workstreams for SAP implementation, upgrade, or transformation programs
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate activities across multiple business functions, including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Human Resources, and Customer Service
- Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and business objectives are achieved on time and within budget
- Drive issue resolution and maintain alignment between business priorities and project objectives
