About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday Total Rewards Support Consultant to provide functional expertise, production support, optimization, and continuous improvement for Workday Total Rewards solutions.
What you'll do
- Support annual compensation review cycles, merit increases, bonus planning, stock awards, and incentive programs
- Configure and maintain compensation plans, eligibility rules, compensation grades, and compensation packages
- Assist HR and Compensation teams with compensation audits, validations, and testing activities
- Ensure compensation processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain and support benefits plans, eligibility rules, enrollment events, life events, and benefit calculations
