We are seeking a highly certified and experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead and deliver complex ServiceNow implementations and solutions. What you'll do
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using best practices and maintain platform integrity
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and other integration tools
