About the role
The Clinical Applications Support Specialist is responsible for the monitoring, maintenance, support, and administration of a broad portfolio of clinical and perioperative healthcare applications, including Epic-adjacent solutions, SIS, SynergyTrak, UDI Tracker, AssistIQ, eVideon, and other clinical systems.
What you'll do
- Manage user access provisioning, modifications, and de-provisioning while ensuring security and compliance requirements
- Perform daily application health checks, monitoring, and operational support to maintain system availability
- Validate applications following server patching, maintenance activities, and infrastructure changes
- Support application upgrades, software releases, and implementation projects
- Troubleshoot incidents, coordinate escalations, and work with SMEs and vendors for timely resolution
