About the role

The Delivery Lead will own end-to-end delivery of the Microsoft Fabric engagement on a fixed-price basis, ensuring delivery commitments, quality, commercials and governance are managed effectively. The role will also coordinate service transition, ensuring a smooth handover to the relevant operational or support teams without requiring a separate Transition Lead.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end fixed-price delivery, including planning, milestones, resource utilisation, budget tracking and delivery commitments
• Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies), proactively resolving blockers and escalating critical risks
• Coordinate client dependencies, decisions, access requirements and stakeholder commitments
• Establish delivery governance, including status reporting, steering updates, progress reviews and action tracking
• Manage scope changes, delivery estimates, effort tracking and commercial implications in accordance with contractual governance
