About the role
We are seeking an experienced ManageEngine/Intune Lead Engineer to join NTT DATA's India EPM Delivery Centre. This lead-level role combines deep technical expertise with delivery ownership — driving complex ManageEngine/Intune engagements, leading technical teams, architecting enterprise endpoint solutions, and serving as a key client-facing technical authority for EPM workstreams from India.
What you'll do
- Technical Leadership & Architecture
- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of enterprise ManageEngine/ConfigMgr and Microsoft Intune environments for global client accounts
- Architect co-management strategies, Autopilot provisioning frameworks, and Modern Management transition roadmaps
- Own the technical direction for SCCM-to-Intune migration engagements including workload transition planning, timeline development, and risk mitigation
- Define EPM platform standards, governance frameworks, and configuration baselines across multiple global accounts managed from India
