About the role
We are seeking a skilled SCCM/Intune Engineer to join NTT DATA's India EPM Delivery Centre. This mid-level role involves independently managing end-to-end endpoint lifecycle operations. We are looking for a dedicated ManageEngine Patch Management Engineer to take full ownership of our endpoint security compliance and automated patching lifecycle.
What you'll do
- OS Deployment & Image Management
- Design, build, and maintain Windows 10/11 OSD task sequences using SCCM/MDT integration for global client environments
- Manage WinPE boot images, driver packages, and deployment boundaries for OSD operations
- Support OS refresh, wipe-and-reload, and in-place upgrade deployment scenarios
- Troubleshoot OSD failures including PXE boot issues, task sequence errors, and driver conflicts
