About the role
We are seeking a highly hands-on Epicor Kinetic technical expert to own, enhance, and continuously improve our Epicor ERP platform across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, procurement, inventory, costing, and finance. This role requires someone who can operate across Epicor application configuration, technical development, SQL, integrations, manufacturing processes, and business process design .
What you'll do
- Manage Cloud/On-Premise modules, user security, configuration, data integrity, performance, and general IT infrastructure support
- Support & Global Collaboration: Troubleshoot issues for end-users globally
- Collaborate with multinational teams across North America, Europe, India, and China
- Lead and assist in upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain Epicor Application Studio customizations, including UI rules, events, data views, controls, and business logic
