About the role
You will drive accountability, eliminate technical debt, and build internal capabilities to scale nVent’s global enterprise systems. Lead the shared Oracle technical services group supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 and all related Take ownership for the technical strategy, architecture standards, operational stability, and delivery capabilities across Oracle ERP platforms.
What you'll do
- Lead and run an elite, high-performance Oracle technical services organization accountable for end-to-end technical delivery, architecture integrity
- Lead the shared Oracle technical services group supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 and all related
- Take ownership for the technical strategy, architecture standards, operational stability, and delivery capabilities across Oracle ERP platforms
- Serve as the primary technical advisor to ERP leadership, solution architects, business collaborators, and implementation partners
- Establish and grow a scalable Oracle Center of Excellence (CoE) that supports both current-state EBS and future-state Fusion environments
