What you'll do
- Serve as a trusted Employee Relations partner to leaders, HR teams and employees
- Coach and advise leaders on performance management cases, helping them deliver objective, constructive feedback while ensuring appropriate documentation
- Lead complex workplace investigations independently, including establishing investigation teams, gathering relevant facts, interviewing key witnesses
- Serve as a member of the PoSH team , supporting the appropriate handling of sensitive workplace matters
- Manage complex and emotionally charged employee relations situations with composure, neutrality and objectivity
