- Play a critical leadership role in creating a connected employee and manager experience, simplifying and standardizing HR operations
- Working closely with HR Shared Services, Payroll, Centres of Excellence, Technology, Automation & AI, and regional People Services teams, you will help build a scalable
- Lead People Services for India , covering key employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, employee and organization changes, transfers, promotions
- Lead the Global Services Team , delivering standardized HR transactions across multiple countries through common processes, service measures and operating standards
