About the role
Every day, you will collaborate with a team dedicated to providing consistent, sustainable global solutions, no matter where our customers operate. The role of the HR Specialist is responsible to provide end to end Payroll processing support for India and other APAC countries as per business needs. Ensure zero error in payroll inputs and support all areas of HR Operations including payroll and benefits.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with a team dedicated to providing consistent, sustainable global solutions, no matter where our customers operate
- Prepare payroll inputs for M1-HR
- Process one-time inputs, including crèche benefit, Sodexo Meal Card, NPS, VPF, LOP, insurance premium deductions, and other payments or deductions
- Respond to new-hire queries about investment declarations and planners
- Handle post-payroll queries relating to income tax and other payroll deductions
