About the role
This role is to support follow the sun model operations for network B&R function. The role brings deeper technical experience in resolving high complex backbone network problems and implement pilot , high impact and complex changes on the backbone network infrastructure while demonstrating highest adherence to network change management procedures.
What you'll do
- Provide Expert level technical support to operations team to handle & resolve complex Network and Service issues
- Manage Escalations through active engagement with customer facing entities, providing regular updates, participating in conference calls
- Participate & take a lead to resolve crisis situations
- Identify, manage and record escalation trends and Keep track of all P1/P2 incidents
- Take lead to drive global technical life cycle management projects. Prepare project report and share project progress status report with stake holders
