About the role
Every day, you will collaborate with a team dedicated to providing consistent, sustainable global solutions, no matter where our customers operate. Serve as the primary contact for Build, configure, and provide day-to-day operational support for Microsoft Teams UCC solutions and AudioCodes SBC infrastructure across global sites, based on defined SOPs, ensuring immediate escalation to the L3 SME/competent authority to protect uptime.

- Analyze SIP traces, ladder diagrams, and firewall traffic to isolate and fix call routing errors
- Responsible of Systematic backup of all SBCs and storage in central repository
