About the role
Technical Expertise — Act as the Senior Technical Expert for R&S, datacenter networking and wireless technologies, providing deep-dive guidance to internal teams and customers. Complex Problem Diagnosis — Perform advanced analysis and diagnosis of complex networking and security issues across multi-vendor environments.
What you'll do
- Monitoring & Management Tools — Deploy and support network and security monitoring/management tools, ensuring visibility and proactive issue detection
- Training & Knowledge Transfer — Provide technical training and mentorship to L1/L2 operations teams to uplift capability and reduce escalations
- Configure, manage, and optimize Aruba Central for wireless, switching, and SD-WAN environments
- Provide technical leadership in onboarding and configuring devices in Aruba Central (APs, switches, gateways)
- Implement and enforce best practices for network management and security within Aruba Central
