What you'll do
- Own end-to-end system requirements engineering for High Voltage (HV) and Thermal Management Systems across BEV and PHEV programs, ensuring requirement quality
- Apply system-level thinking to define, integrate, and optimize interactions between HV, battery, thermal, HVAC, control
- Drive technical decision-making by evaluating architecture options, requirement trade-offs, interface definitions
- Influence technical direction and innovation through continuous improvement initiatives, advanced engineering practices, technology evaluations
- Lead stakeholder management and alignment by collaborating with cross-functional teams, customers, suppliers, and system architects to resolve technical issues
