Business Development Executive - PadCare Housing at PadCare Labs. The Field Sales Executive will drive Padcare’s growth across housing societies in Pune.
What you'll do
- Lead on-ground outreach, build strong relationships with RWAs and facility teams, and convert communities into long-term partners
- Working closely with sales and operations, you’ll ensure smooth onboarding, consistent service, and a great customer experience
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fieldwork, community engagement, and making a real sustainability impact
- Build relationships with committee members, facility managers, apartment forums, and other key stakeholders
- Map housing societies, identify high-potential clusters, and execute territory expansion plans
