About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team in Bengaluru . This role is ideal for finance professionals who have a strong foundation in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) , and invoicing processes , and are looking to expand their experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) —including budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategies.
What you'll do
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, ensuring timely tracking and reconciliation of incoming payments
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice processing , vendor reconciliation, and payment scheduling
- Support P2P operations , ensuring compliance with internal purchasing policies and vendor contract terms
- Manage end-to-end invoicing activities , including invoice generation, validation, resolution of discrepancies, and follow-up on pending issues
- Address and resolve invoicing disputes and queries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
