About the role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends and insights, and developing actionable recommendations to support our strategy. Proactively surface risks, anomalies, and opportunities using data-backed narratives.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain data dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal Business teams (Sales, Account Management, Finance) to address disputes, clarify billing issues, and unblock overdue payments
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and reduce bad debt exposure
- Develop and implement statistical models to support forecasting, predictive analytics, and optimization
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to Leadership based on data analysis
