About the role
We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our product team and support data-driven decision-making across the product lifecycle. This role focuses on analyzing product performance, user behavior, and key metrics to improve customer experience and drive product growth. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders to translate data into actionable product insights.
What you'll do
- Analyze product performance, user behavior, and feature adoption to identify optimization opportunities
- Define, track, and monitor product KPIs such as engagement, retention, conversion, and growth
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using spreadsheets, SQL, and BI tools
- Partner with Product Managers to support roadmap prioritization and feature impact analysis
- Conduct funnel, cohort, trend, and root-cause analysis
