About the role
We are seeking a Product Manager to own and drive the onboarding and lifecycle management of new payment devices across different OS platforms. The role will act as the single product owner for new-device readiness, working closely with hardware partners, engineering, certification, operations and business teams.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for new payment device onboarding
- Drive and prioritise new-device evaluations in line with business and cost constraints
- Define and manage device readiness plans, including feature readiness, certifications, integrations, operational and rollout readiness
- Act as the primary product interface for OEMs and device partners, internal engineering
- Ensure timely closure of functional gaps, performance issues, certification and network
