The employees mentioned below role is responsible for Overall Offline merchant Integration, Key task is for aligning and coordinating both internally & externally with various product/tech stakeholders: Provide end-to-end walkthrough for EDC and DQR integrations with merchants. Assist merchants in implementing Paytm APIs, callbacks, and transaction flows.
What you'll do
- Provide end-to-end walkthrough for EDC and DQR integrations with merchants
- Coordinate with product and development teams for new merchant requirements
- Test and validate DLL library updates in staging and production, especially for Morefun and wired EDC device integrations
- Support government merchants with SDK integration and App Invoke flow setup
- Provide code-level debugging and log analysis for transaction failures, callback issues, and communication errors
