About the role
The Legal and Compliance team at PayU plays a strategic role in enabling business growth while ensuring adherence to regulatory and legal frameworks.
What you'll do
- Leading the implementation of revised data privacy practices and procedures to align with the DPDP Act
- Working closely with the leadership team and providing guidance on data governance matters
- Maintaining close relationships with business stakeholders, including, but not limited to product, engineering, security and HR
- Providing privacy compliance support in the region, including contracting, assisting with deployment of policies and guidelines
- Driving privacy awareness-raising initiatives and trainings
