About the role
The Legal and Compliance team at PayU plays a strategic role in enabling business growth while ensuring adherence to regulatory and legal frameworks.
What you'll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, service agreements, service level agreement
- Own the full contract lifecycle including drafting, redlining, negotiation, finalization, execution, and post-signing compliance
- Ensure contracts align with legal and regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and industry best practices
- Participate in contract negotiations with external parties including lending service providers, merchants, banks and financial institutions, vendors
- Develop and maintain contract templates and standard clauses to streamline the contract drafting process and contribute to playbooks, negotiation strategies
