About the role
The role is responsible for strategy development, monitoring and maintenance across repayment and collections. Responsibilities include understanding and tracking of performance of treatment programs, and making recommendations that improve outcomes, designing digital campaigns and experimenting parallel test to optimise the treatment strategy.
What you'll do
- Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Assist with the delivery of strategy guardrail performance
- Analyse the relative success of the strategy suite and deliver strategy insight, recommending corrective actions as necessary
- Proactively raise self-assessment issues and execute self-assessment of strategy programs to ensure they are delivering expected actions
- Proactively seek opportunities and assume responsibility for prioritisation of own workload
