- Work independently to manage, resolve, and close support tickets within defined SLA timelines
- Lead EPM support delivery for assigned clients, conduct regular status meetings, and provide timely updates on ticket progress and resolutions
- Perform monthly release validation testing, evaluate new product features, and maintain relevant documentation
- Maintain and support Oracle EPM applications in alignment with business processes, governance standards, and best practices
