About the role
Overview This position will be part of the Master Data Maintenance Team under the Global Sales Enablement team supporting PepsiCo Beverages Canada business team. The Volume Reporting Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of distributor-reported volume data across PepsiCo systems.
What you'll do
- Review and validate Masterfile reports and PopTickets
- Follow up on daily reports
- Identify and resolve data issues including: o Missing/incorrect ticket requests o Data-related discrepancies Ensure the team performs at a high level
- Coordinate with distributors to correct missing or incorrect data
- Ensure timely processing of setup requests through SPA inbox
