What you'll do
- Coordinates interdepartmental activities and research efforts
- Plans and provides timely high-level demos of Chromatography PL in agreement with Sales, Product & Business leader
- Assists Sales Professionals in assessing customer needs, differentiating from competition PKI’s value proposition
- Shall be able to take up advanced levels Chromatography PL application & software trainings at COE lab & customer sites
- Capable of troubleshooting applications & instrument challenges to enhance customer experience
